The Erebus Summer Scream Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the State of Michigan who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside Michigan and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and independent contractors of Erebus Entertainment, Inc. ("Sponsor"), as well as any person or company involved in developing, administering, promoting or fulfilling the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members and household members of those individuals are also ineligible. "Immediate family" includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, stepparent, stepchild, stepsibling and the spouse of each, regardless of where they reside. "Household members" means people who share the same residence for at least three months during the year, whether related or not.

Entrants may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and proof of Michigan residency, age and eligibility. All eligibility requirements must be satisfied at the time of entry and remain satisfied through prize award.

By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and accepts the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Facebook and Instagram from all responsibility and liability arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is also not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any other social-media platform, ticketing provider or payment processor through which it may be advertised or accessed.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, August 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, September 13, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Online entries and qualifying purchase transactions must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period. Because the closing date falls on a Sunday, mail-in entries will be accepted under the postmark and receipt deadlines stated below.

ONLINE PURCHASE ENTRY DEADLINE: To qualify through the purchase entry method, an eligible transaction must be fully completed and payment successfully processed no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Placing tickets in a shopping cart, beginning checkout, receiving a pending-payment notice or attempting a transaction that is declined, reversed, refunded or otherwise not completed does not constitute a timely eligible purchase.

MAIL-IN ENTRY DEADLINE: A complete and valid mail-in entry must be postmarked no later than Monday, September 14, 2026, and received by the Sponsor no later than Friday, September 18, 2026. Late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, postage-due or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

The Sponsor's computer systems and business records are the official timekeeping records for online transactions and receipt of mail-in entries. All dates and times stated in these Official Rules refer to Eastern Time.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may enter using either the purchase method or the free mail-in method described below. Each eligible person may receive only one (1) Sweepstakes entry in total, regardless of entry method. Each valid entry has the same opportunity to win.

PURCHASE ENTRY METHOD: Visit hauntdpontiac.com and follow the links to the Sponsor's authorized online ticketing page. Complete a purchase of the Buy One Speed Pass, Get One Free Opening Weekend offer for September 18 or 19, 2026, and enter promo code TIKI at checkout. The transaction must meet the applicable deadline in Section 2 and satisfy all stated offer requirements. The eligible purchaser identified in the completed transaction will be automatically entered to win and will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Only the purchaser named in the completed transaction receives the entry; the recipient or user of the free Speed Pass does not receive a separate entry. A transaction that is canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent or otherwise invalid is not a qualifying purchase. If the purchaser already has a valid mail-in entry, the purchase does not create an additional entry.

FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD: During the Sweepstakes Period, obtain the official printable mail-in entry form from the Sweepstakes webpage. Legibly complete all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, complete Michigan residential mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address and telephone number, and sign and date the form. Place one completed form in a properly addressed envelope bearing sufficient postage and mail it to: Erebus Summer Scream Sweepstakes Entry, c/o Erebus Entertainment, Inc., 18 South Perry Street, Pontiac, Michigan 48342. The entry must satisfy the postmark and receipt deadlines stated in Section 2. Each timely, complete and valid mail-in submission automatically enters the eligible entrant to win and provides one (1) Sweepstakes entry. If the entrant already has a qualifying purchase entry, the mail-in submission does not create an additional entry.

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entries must be submitted by the entrant and must contain accurate and complete information. Automated, bulk, mechanically generated, altered, forged, incomplete or third-party-submitted entries are void. Any attempt to obtain entries by using multiple names, identities, email addresses, accounts or other means to avoid the entry limit may result in disqualification. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

ENTRY LIMIT: Limit one (1) total Sweepstakes entry per eligible person for the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method. An entrant who uses both entry methods, completes more than one qualifying purchase or submits more than one mail-in form will receive no more than one (1) total entry. Duplicate or excess entry submissions are void and will not increase the entrant's chances of winning.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible person may receive no more than one (1) entry, and every valid entry has the same chance to win. Neither entry method provides an advantage or a greater opportunity to win.

WINNER SELECTION: After the Sweepstakes has ended and all timely entries, including mail-in entries, have been received, processed and reviewed, the Sponsor or its designee will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within a reasonable period after entry processing is complete. The Sponsor's decisions concerning the drawing and selection are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

WINNER CONTACT AND ANNOUNCEMENT: The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the entry. The potential winner is subject to the eligibility and prize-verification requirements stated in Section 5 and is not an official winner unless and until those requirements have been satisfied. After verification, the Sponsor may announce the winner through its website, social-media accounts, an in-person event or another channel selected by the Sponsor. The exact date, time and method of any announcement may be determined or adjusted by the Sponsor based on entry processing, verification and administrative needs.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) custom 7-foot Erebus Tiki Cooler (the "Grand Prize"), as depicted in the Sweepstakes promotional materials. The Grand Prize is a unique, custom-built item; minor variations in appearance, dimensions, materials, finish or other details may occur. The Grand Prize is awarded as is, without any express or implied warranty by the Sponsor, except where a warranty cannot legally be disclaimed.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The Grand Prize may not be assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash by the winner. No prize substitution is permitted at the winner's request. If the advertised Grand Prize becomes unavailable, is materially damaged or cannot reasonably be awarded, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply to the Grand Prize. The Sponsor will provide any tax documents required by law.

WINNER VERIFICATION: The potential winner must respond to the Sponsor's initial notification within five (5) calendar days and must provide valid government-issued identification, proof of Michigan residency, proof of age and any other information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility. The potential winner may also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, prize-acceptance documents, publicity release where lawful and applicable tax documentation within the time stated by the Sponsor. The potential winner becomes the official winner only after the Sponsor confirms that every verification requirement has been met.

DISQUALIFICATION OR FAILURE TO CLAIM: If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is found ineligible, declines the Grand Prize, fails to complete the required documentation or does not timely claim and collect the Grand Prize, the potential winner may be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize. The Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, subject to the same verification requirements.

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY: The verified winner must collect the Grand Prize by appointment at Erebus Entertainment, Inc., 18 South Perry Street, Pontiac, Michigan 48342, within fourteen (14) calendar days after verification unless the Sponsor approves a later date in writing. The Sponsor will not ship, deliver or transport the Grand Prize and will not charge the winner any shipping or handling fee. The winner is solely responsible for providing a suitable vehicle, equipment, labor, loading, securing and transportation. The winner may arrange for an independent carrier to collect the Grand Prize from the pickup location at the winner's sole expense and risk. The Sponsor is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any transportation arrangement made by the winner. Responsibility for and risk of loss to the Grand Prize pass to the winner when it is released to the winner or the winner's authorized carrier.

PICKUP PHOTO: As part of the scheduled pickup, the verified winner agrees to participate in a reasonable group photograph with the Grand Prize and representatives of the Sponsor. Any collection or promotional use of the winner's name, image, likeness or statements is governed by Section 6 and applicable law.

WINNER PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Grand Prize, the verified winner grants the Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, city of residence, image, likeness, voice, statements and photographs or recordings made in connection with the Sweepstakes or prize pickup for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor's 2026 season and the promotional period leading into the Sponsor's 2027 season, in any media, without additional notice, approval or payment. The Sponsor will not use the winner's likeness in a materially false or misleading manner. The winner may be required to sign a separate publicity release where lawful.

PRIVACY AND USE OF ENTRY INFORMATION: The Sponsor may collect and use the personal information provided by entrants to administer the Sweepstakes, process and validate entries, verify eligibility, prevent fraud or abuse, communicate with entrants and the potential winner, award and fulfill the Grand Prize, maintain required records, resolve disputes and comply with applicable law. The Sponsor may disclose information to ticketing providers, promotion administrators, service providers, professional advisers or governmental authorities only as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law. The Sponsor will not sell or rent personal information collected solely through the Sweepstakes entry process.

SWEEPSTAKES COMMUNICATIONS: The Sponsor may use the email address, telephone number or mailing address provided with an entry to send communications reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, including questions about an entry, requests for verification, potential-winner notifications and prize-pickup information. These administrative communications are not marketing messages and may be sent whether or not the entrant separately agrees to receive promotional communications.

OPTIONAL EMAIL AND TEXT MARKETING: The online and mail-in entry forms may include a separate, optional checkbox allowing an entrant to agree to receive promotional emails and recurring automated marketing text messages from Erebus Entertainment, Inc. at the email address and mobile telephone number provided. Marketing consent is not required to enter, make a purchase, win or claim the Grand Prize and will not affect the entrant's odds of winning. Leaving the optional box unchecked will not invalidate an entry. By checking the box, the entrant confirms that the entrant is the account holder or an authorized user of the provided email address and mobile number. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

MARKETING OPT-OUT: An entrant may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. To stop marketing text messages, reply STOP or use another reasonable opt-out method communicated to the Sponsor; reply HELP for help. To stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link included in the message. The Sponsor will honor opt-out requests as required by law. Opting out of marketing will not affect an entrant's Sweepstakes eligibility, entries or odds of winning, although the Sponsor may still send non-marketing communications reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.
